BRISTOL DAD TODAY LAUNCHES BRITAIN'S CHEAPEST WAY TO SELL YOUR HOME - AND IT REALLY IS NO APRIL FOOLS' DAY JOKE
It might seem like an April Fools' Day joke, but a Bristol dad is today launching Britain's cheapest way to sell your home - at £324.50 and only 10% of the traditional price paid by sellers.
Father of four Dominic Toller has launched his new 24-7-day agentonline.co.uk service to save thousands for house sellers on an average sale. His new company will give customers 90 per cent of their service but slash 90 per cent off their average normal price.
To celebrate the launch of his new firm he is offering the first 100 people to sign up in Bristol a price of only £324.50 plus VAT - compared to the typical £3000 plus VAT on a £200,000 home - making it Britain's cheapest way to sell your home. For a £400,000 house the saving will be nearly £6,000. His normal price will still only be £649 plus VAT.
